We believe that sustainability should be embedded into every business, role and department.
As more organisations make ambitious sustainability pledges, they’re realising the importance of an engaged (and aligned!) workforce in meeting and promoting these commitments. The problem is that most employees lack foundational sustainability knowledge, and often struggle to connect the dots between what their company has committed to, why it’s important, and how they can be involved.

Katelyn is determined to grow the pool of sustainability talent by helping others to unlock their own skills and passions, to contribute to a more sustainable world and systems.
Horea Burca
Co-Founder & CTO
Horea is an experienced technology and product expert, leading the product development at a Series B scale-up.
Previous co-founder of a mindfulness app, incorporating cognitive behavioural therapy concepts. Horea is driven to use technology to help decarbonise the planet.
